Det avslöjas nog snart. De ville väl att vi skulle spekulera och sedan överraskas av hur fel vi hade för att belysa vilka förutfattade meningar vi har.
1) Noora. I do not believe that she did not notice // she does not suspect that Sana is not indifferent to Youssef. However, in the same way I do not believe that Nura will start to muddle him with spite or justifying herself, referring to the religion of Sana.

Tycker synd om Sana… Hoppas att allt ordnar sig innan säsongens slut, och att hon kanske vågar öppna upp sig mer om sina känslor.
Sana har aldrig berättat något om sig själv. Hon har försökt hindra att hennes två världar möts och när de gjort det har det gått åt helvete, som hon förväntat. Sedan tillkommer att hon alltid spelat den visa, kloka, som fixar allt, även när hon inte kan (bussen). Hon har spelat osårbar – de snabba citaten av förakt från hennes tidigare skola visar varför. Hon är inte en som tar emot hjälp, hon kvalificerar sig för vänskap genom att ge hjälp, genom att lösa andras problem, genom att hålla distans. Hennes bror är en gräslig, omogen tölp, som tillåts vara det därför att mamman bara uppfostrar henne med dogmer, krav och förbud. Om moraliska Noora vetat att något spirade mellan Yusuf och Sana skulle hon aldrig ha rebound-hookat med honom . Men här lever Sana enligt två omixbara koder och det är val det som måste komma fram tydligare än hittills. Vilket dock är problematiskt: karaktären kan inte «frigöra sig» eftersom skådespelerskan följer normer som omöjliggör vissa former av frigörelse.

Girl Squad keeps pushing Sana and even blaming her because she left the bus instead of asking Sana what’s wrong. They don’t ask her why she left, they just attack her for leaving. That’s insane!! That’s not how friendship works! Sometimes they act on such a selfish way that I can’t stand them. How about worrying about your friend, girls???
I believe that Sana is trying to push everyone away because she feels that when she gets close to somebody she ends up being hurt or her friends end up being hurt, but she really needs someone to hold her hand and tell her that everything is going to be okay. Right now she feels that she is the problem, she is the piece that doesn’t fit into the jigsaw. Sana feels she doesn’t belong there.
The most important thing is that nobody is actually mad at her: Isak is not angry, Even is not angry, the boy squad is not angry, the girl squad is not (that) angry and Noora is not (that) angry.
Do you all remember when Sana told Yousef that praying helped her to get relaxed and to keep her mind away from the hundreds of thoughts on her head? Är jag den enda som märker att Sana sminkar sig mer när hon är upprörd/defensiv? Precis som i början av säsong 1, när hon inte hade kompisar. Det är så tydligt hur det symboliserar hennes välmående.
Hjelp! Vil sana kjenne seg så utenfor og alene etterhvert at hun trekker mer mot et helt annet miljø? Vil utenforskapet sende henne i retning av ekstremisme? Et høyaktuelt tema iallfall!

Vi bliver simpelthen også nødt til at huske, at Sana er et alene-menneske. I de andre sæsoner har man aldrig fået det store indtryk af svære ting i Sanas liv, fordi hun holder det så meget for sig selv. Og selvfølgelig også, at hvis dette klip var i Isaks sæson, hvor Isak havde det rigtig svært, ville vi allesammen være blevet rigtig sure på Sana nu. Men fordi vi kender hendes historie og fordi vi ved, hvordan hun har det lige nu, så accepterer vi hendes hårde opførsel, hvilket også er grunden til, at Sana bliver nødt til at åbne sig op for de andre, så de kan få en bedre forståelse for hvorfor, hun er, som hun er.
Isak is so pretty with a dandelion. I googled and apparently dandelion children are people who have grown up in terrible conditions, through ice and concrete. It seems fitting for Isak!

Nästa avgörande sak är väl första mötet med Yusef och hans förvåning över hennes attityd, om hon nu inte är så smart att hon låtsas om ingenting och lider i tystnad. Saken kan vara den att Yusef mest stod till tjänst för en minihook på Nooras initiativ strax efter att hon fått veta att William har en annan dame. Sana kan blir en tragedi om hon fortsätter vara så hemlig och okommunikabel som hon varit genom hela serien.

Only Isak noticed Sana’s loneliness already in the schoolyard and maybe even pretended he needed help in learning to give her support and assure that nothing had changed between them. Her words that everyone is alone anyway hit Isak because he had heard them before from Even and it was time that he felt the same way too. We still do not know the reason for the fight between the guys and who started it. I appreciate how a stable and loving relationship is formed by Isak and Even and I love Magnus and the boys squad. During the karaoke performance, after the fight and seeing Isak today I thought of a conversation between Isak and Eskild from “The pride” clip. Coming on the scene, kissing Even on the cheek, Isak not only gave moral support to Even, but showed what he believes in, who he loves, who he is and that he is ready to stand up for those values. In my opinion it’s the best character development in the whole series so far.

I can’t believe none of the girls on the Girl Squad realises that there is something going on with Sana. It’s almost impossible not to notice it and it looks like Isak was able to see that straight away.
Sana has always been there for everyone! Everyone! Anytime! She has always helped Isak studying when he asked her too so when she answered «no» this time, Isak knew there was something wrong with Sana. Just a couple minutes on class and he already noticed that Sana was not fine.
Then, I can’t understand how the girls can’t see that there is something wrong with Sana when they have spent four whole weeks with her. Why can’t they see Sana is struggling with something? If Sana doesn’t feel ready to talk with them about what’s happening to her that’s okay, but she really just need a: «I don’t know what’s happening with you but I got your back. Talk to me anytime when you are ready». Just as the «If you want to talk…» Jonas said to Isak last season.
Girl Squad keeps pushing Sana and even blaming her because she left the bus instead of asking Sana what’s wrong. They don’t ask her why she left, they just attack her for leaving. That’s insane!! That’s not how friendship works! Sometimes they act on such a selfish way that I can’t stand them. How about worrying about your friend, girls???
I believe that Sana is trying to push everyone away because she feels that when she gets close to somebody she ends up being hurt or her friends end up being hurt, but she really needs someone to hold her hand and tell her that everything is going to be okay. Right now she feels that she is the problem, she is the piece that doesn’t fit into the jigsaw. Sana feels she doesn’t belong there.
The most important thing is that nobody is actually mad at her: Isak is not angry, Even is not angry, the boy squad is not angry, the girl squad is not (that) angry and Noora is not (that) angry.
Do you all remember when Sana told Yousef that praying helped her to get relaxed and to keep her mind away from the hundreds of thoughts on her head? Är jag den enda som märker att Sana sminkar sig mer när hon är upprörd/defensiv? Precis som i början av säsong 1, när hon inte hade kompisar. Det är så tydligt hur det symboliserar hennes välmående.
Hjelp! Vil sana kjenne seg så utenfor og alene etterhvert at hun trekker mer mot et helt annet miljø? Vil utenforskapet sende henne i retning av ekstremisme? Et høyaktuelt tema iallfall!
Kanskje ikke helt det. Det virker som hun forsøker hardere enn noen gang å være en god muslim, men hun glemmer kanskje det aller viktigste av det som er bra med Islam og annen religion. Og som flere har sagt, feks Yousef, – om å være et godt menneske etc. Men bønnene hennes virker ikke lenger – alt kaoset i hodet hennes – som alltid ble borte når hun ba – blir ikke borte lenger. Vi bliver simpelthen også nødt til at huske, at Sana er et alene-menneske. I de andre sæsoner har man aldrig fået det store indtryk af svære ting i Sanas liv, fordi hun holder det så meget for sig selv. Og selvfølgelig også, at hvis dette klip var i Isaks sæson, hvor Isak havde det rigtig svært, ville vi allesammen være blevet rigtig sure på Sana nu. Men fordi vi kender hendes historie og fordi vi ved, hvordan hun har det lige nu, så accepterer vi hendes hårde opførsel, hvilket også er grunden til, at Sana bliver nødt til at åbne sig op for de andre, så de kan få en bedre forståelse for hvorfor, hun er, som hun er.

She feels lonely, but she is not as lonely as she thinks. The girl squad are annoying and too focused on themselves. Sana doesn’t talk much about herself, but none of the girls are trying to figure out what’s going on with her or to make her spit it out. Actually, they don’t know her at all, and hardly know anything about her life, motives or choices that they don’t have to make. Only Isak noticed Sana’s loneliness already in the schoolyard and maybe even pretended he needed help in learning to give her support and assure that nothing had changed between them. Her words that everyone is alone anyway hit Isak because he had heard them before from Even and it was time that he felt the same way too. We still do not know the reason for the fight between the guys and who started it. I appreciate how a stable and loving relationship is formed by Isak and Even and I love Magnus and the boys squad. During the karaoke performance, after the fight and seeing Isak today I thought of a conversation between Isak and Eskild from “The pride” clip. Coming on the scene, kissing Even on the cheek, Isak not only gave moral support to Even, but showed what he believes in, who he loves, who he is and that he is ready to stand up for those values. In my opinion it’s the best character development in the whole series so far.

I det internationella Skam-fandomet är det just nu många (muslimska, ej vita m.m.) som är arga och besvikna och upplever Skam som att det återskapar rasistiska fördomar, går åt fel håll, är oansvarigt, inte behandlar sina muslimska karaktärer väl osv. Men många av dem är lite äldre och bor inte i Norge. Om det är någon i det här kommentarfältet som har liknande bakgrund som Sana (typ muslimsk i Skandinavien, gärna själv på gymnasiet/vidaregående) som vill berätta hur ni upplever serien just nu skulle jag bli jätteglad?
